Honor Stars Program Update

Thank you for being a part of the Honor Stars program. We are winding down this temporary program, which will officially end on March 4th. We hope it has been a rewarding experience and an opportunity for you to demonstrate your exceptional performance while earning extra money.

We will permanently honor the highest Stars premium you earned over the past 3 months. If you were not active for some or all of this time, we will honor your Stars premium for your last 3 active months. You will be receiving an email on March 6th to confirm the amount of your Stars premium.

You will still have an opportunity to see how you are performing. The You Tab in the Care Pro app will show key performance metrics, such as call-offs, client consistency, timeliness and app usage. Here’s what the new screen will look like.

As we turn to the future, we are actively looking for new ways to celebrate outstanding performance. Stay tuned!
