We're pleased to introduce Honor's Stars Program starting September 8, 2020.

The Stars Program recognizes Care Pros for consistently high performance. Care Pros who receive 2 or 3 Stars will be eligible for an hourly Stars Premium for hours worked in the month after the Stars are awarded. You will be eligible for the Stars Premium so long as you maintain your Stars by continuing to have high performance. You will be able to see the Stars program and how many Stars you currently have in the 'You' tab.

The Stars Premium for 2 Stars is $0.15/hour and the Stars Premium for 3 Stars is $0.50/hour.

Please read this carefully for important details about how you can receive and maintain the Stars Premium.

Receiving Stars

Each month we'll look at your performance to see whether you will be awarded any Stars. We'll do this on the last day of the last pay period in the month, which we call the "Stars Review Date." You will be able to see this date in your Care Pro App from your 'You' tab. On the Review Date, we look at your performance and work history from January 12, 2020 (or your date of hire, if later) up to the Review Date to determine if you will receive any Stars. If you receive 2 or 3 Stars, you will be eligible for a Stars Premium for hours worked starting the day after the Review Date. Criteria for earning Stars, as measured on the Review Date:

3 Stars

  • Great or better in all performance measures (Call-offs, Timeliness, Client Consistency, and App Usage)
  • Worked an average of 25 or more hours/week during your time at Honor since January 12, 2020 (or your hire date, if later); and
  • Worked 6 or more months with at least 5 shifts per month

2 Stars

  • Good or better in all performance measures (Call-offs, Timeliness, Client Consistency, and App Usage)
  • Worked an average of 20 or more hours/week during your time at Honor since January 12, 2020 (or your hire date, if later), and
  • Worked 3 or more months with at least 5 shifts per month

1 Stars

  • Good or better in all performance measures (Call-offs, Timeliness, Client Consistency, and App Usage),
  • Worked an average of 10 or more hours/week during your time at Honor since January 12, 2020 (or your hire date, if later), and
  • Worked 1 or more months with at least 5 shifts per month

Remember, your performance is measured based on your entire work history from January 12, 2020 (or the date you were hired, if later) until the Review Date.

Maintaining and Losing Stars and the Stars Premium

Once you receive Stars, we'll measure your performance again on every Review Date to see if you maintained your Stars. If you maintain your Stars, you will continue to be eligible for the Stars Premium for hours worked until the next Review Date.

If your performance falls and you drop from 3 Stars to 2 Stars, your Stars Premium will be reduced from $0.50/hour to $0.15/hour for hours worked after that Review Date.

If your performance drops from 2 Stars to 1 Star or no Stars, you will no longer receive any Stars Premium for hours worked after that Review Date.

The Stars Program will go into effect at 7 a.m. on September 8, 2020. Starting on that date, you'll be able to see if you're on track to earn any stars on the first Review Date, which will be October 4, 2020. If you earn stars, the Stars Premiums will go into effect for shifts starting on or after 7 a.m. on October 4, 2020 and will continue until the next Review Date of November 7, 2020. We may extend, modify or end the Stars Program at any time. If for some reason we end the Stars Program, we'll honor any Stars Premium that you are receiving at that time for 60 days after the last Review Date.

To learn more about the program, go to the Stars Program overview. To learn more about changes in the app, watch this video on the Stars Program. Text us when you complete the video so we can pay you for your time.
